How can I omit a client from receiving a Review Request?

A Review Request email sends after each checked out appointment within a specific Service Category until the client completes a review. If the Reviews feature is turned on at the time of checkout, and the client has an email address on file, they will receive a Review Request email unless they have already completed a review for that Service Category. In order to maintain the integrity of the Review Requests feature, reviews cannot be turned on and off for specific clients.
