Resending a Client Intake Form

If your Settings are configured to automatically send Client Intake Forms, clients will continue to receive a request to complete one at the time of booking until it has been done. Once on file, the client no longer receives the request. If a client wishes to update their existing form, or if your business requires them to do so, you can resend an email request at any time.

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Clients
  3. Search for the client and click on their name to open their record. 
  4. Select Intake Form
  5. Select Send request to update

Note: The option to resend will only display if the client has an email address and completed form on file.
