  6. Make changes as needed.
  7. Select Save to apply any changes.

If a Custom Certificate is Active and Online, it means that it can be sold by the Business through the Cash Register and purchased online by Clients.

To deactivate and hide a Custom Certificate, navigate to your:

  1. Business Profile.
  2. Select Marketing.
  3. Select Gift Certificates.
  4. Select Custom Certificates
  5. Uncheck Active to the right of the Custom Certificate you're editing. This prevents the gift from being sold by the Business.
  6. Uncheck Online to the right of the Custom Certificate you're editing. This prevents the gift from being purchased online by Clients.

To make it available for the Business but not online for Clients, check Active and uncheck Online. While you can uncheck Active and check Online, this does not simply display the Custom Certificate on your public Gift Certificates page. In order for a Custom Certificate to display publicly, it has to be Active and Online and available for online purchase.

To delete a Custom Certificate, navigate to your:

  1. Business Profile.
  2. Select Marketing.
  3. Select Gift Certificates.
  4. Select Custom Certificates
  5. Select the Trash Can IconScreen_Shot_2018-06-21_at_2.58.14_PM.pngto right of the Custom Certificate you're deleting.
  6. Select Delete to delete the gift from your Custom Certificates Menu

Note: If a Custom Certificate is edited or deleted, any previously sold ones will still be active and can be redeemed. The gift code that was generated at the time of purchase will continue to be good for the dollar amount of the original Custom Certificate price.
