Omitting a Client from an Email Campaign

If you have a specific client who wants to receive emails related to their appointments and purchases, but not related to your Business' marketing efforts, you can omit them from marketing communication using the "Tag" feature found in your Client List. 

  1. Create a tag titled "do not market" or "omit", etc.
  2. When choosing the Recipients who will receive your Email Campaign, select the button Selected Clients.
  3. Select Add criteria and choose Client tag from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Client doesn't have tag and then choose the tag assigned to clients that you do not want to receive the campaign.
  5. Select Apply.

This will remove these clients from the Recipients list for this particular campaign. You can also add other criteria if you wish to refine this list further.
