Determining when a Review Request is triggered to send

By default, Review Request emails are set to send one day after the appointment has been checked out. You do have the ability to adjust this setting to fit your business' needs. 

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Outgoing Messages.
  4. Select Message Templates.
  5. Ensure the Review Request email is enabled. 
  6. Select the Settings icon.
  7. Enter the number of days after the appointment that you want the email to send.



  8. Select Save.

Note: The number of days must be greater than 0 and less than 15.
