By default, Review Request emails are set to send one day after the appointment has been checked out. You do have the ability to adjust this setting to fit your business' needs.
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Settings.
- Select Outgoing Messages.
- Select Client Messages.
- Ensure the Review Request email is enabled.
- Select the Settings icon.
- Enter the number of days after the appointment that you want the email to send.
- Select Save.
Note: The number of days must be greater than 0 and less than 15.
