Enabling On-Call Settings

On-Call and Out-Call Availability allows you to create overlapping availability for multiple locations. If you have On-Call Availability enabled, you will need to determine how much travel time is needed to get to the office for your first appointment. This lead time is referred to as On-Call Settings, and can be set up under your Availability tab.

  1. Navigate to your Personal tab.
  2. Select Availability.
  3. Select On-Call Settings.
  4. Enter the Lead Time for each location that has On-Call Availability set up. 



  5. Select Save.
