Enabling Outcall or traveling Settings

On-Call and Outcall Availability allows you to create overlapping availability for multiple locations. If you have Outcall Availability enabled, you will need to determine the range of travel time needed to get to and from the location of your client's appointment. This travel time is referred to as Outcall Settings, and can be set up under you Availability tab.

  1. Navigate to your Personal tab.
  2. Select Availability.
  3. Select Outcall Settings.
  4. Complete the required fields by indicating whether you can be booked by Men and / or Women. Enter the starting location that you want your Travel Time to be calculated from. Enter the maximum number of miles that you are willing to travel from that address. Maximum distance is calculated by the number of miles from the zip code of your business. This is referred to "as the crow flies" within the radius of the number of miles set from your business address to the zip code of the client's address. All cities within that distance will display; select the cities that you will travel to. Enter the travel time buffers for the amount of time you need in order to travel to and from the appointment.



  5. Select Save.

Note: Travel time buffers are in addition to Preparation and Recovery Time. For example, if you allot one hour of travel time before an appointment that has 30 minutes of Prep Time, your schedule will be blocked for an hour and a half before the scheduled appointment.
