Collecting Payment for a No-Show Appointment

MassageBook does not currently hold credit cards on file for clients. As a result, businesses are not able to require a formal deposit or invoice clients for missed appointments. We recommend enabling credit card payments in MassageBook via a Stripe account and setting Online Pre-Payment Rules to require pre-payment ahead of the appointment. Then, if a client doesn't show up for their appointment, the business has the option to refund the client for the appointment cost minus any cancelation fee held by the business.
