Adjusting the Travel Time on an Appointment

If you need to adjust the amount of time needed for the Staff member to travel to a client's location, you can do so at the time of appointment creation, or after the appointment has been booked. The default travel time that displays on an appointment is determined by the Staff's Out-Call Settings. 

Changing Travel Time During Appointment Creation:

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Schedule.
  3. Click a desired Date and Time.
  4. Select Book Appointment.
  5. Select Add Travel Time to view the existing Travel Time assigned to the Staff member in their Out-Call Settings. Change it for this appointment only without affecting existing or future appointments where the same Staff member is performing the service. 

  6. Continue with the appointment booking, and select Save.

Changing Travel Time After an Appointment has been Booked:

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Schedule.
  3. Locate the appointment on your Schedule by using the Date Selector or the Search Clients tool.



  4. Select the Travel Time block (to or from the appointment) that you want to change. The existing Travel Time will display.



  5. Enter the new time, and select Save.
