My Staff member said they accepted my invitation. Why does it show that they haven't?

When a business adds a Staff member, an invitation will be emailed to the email address associated with the Staff profile. If the Staff already has an account with MassageBook, they will be directed to login. If they do not already have an account, they will be prompted to create a profile and a password. Once they've logged into their existing or new MassageBook account, they will simply accept the invitation from their Personal Dashboard as described below.

  1. Navigate to your Personal tab.
  2. Select Dashboard.
  3. Next to Guru, select Show All.
  4. Next to Employer Request, select Accept.

  5. Your account will refresh, the Business tab will appear, and all areas that you have been granted permission to view will display.
