Uploading previous SOAP Notes to a client's record

If you have SOAP Notes, Client Intake Forms, insurance claims, or other important documents that you need to upload to a client's record, you can do so in the SOAP Notes section of your account. PDF and JPEG formats supported only. 

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Clients.
  3. Locate the client in your Client List.
  4. Select SOAP Notes.
  5. Select New NoteCopy Previous, or click on an existing Note and select Edit.

  6. Select Upload File.

  7. Browse your computer or device for the document to select it. Repeat this step to upload multiple documents.
  8. Select the document name and a new window will appear with its contents. To remove the uploaded document, select the above the file name.

  9. Scroll down to the bottom of the SOAP Note and select Save. Please note that you must choose a Provider Name in the Select Staff drop down in order to initiate the save.
