If you have past SOAP notes, intake forms, insurance claims, or other important documents that you need to upload, you can do so via the SOAP Notes section of the Client's record. PDF and JPG formats only and 2MB or less per file.
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Clients.
- Locate the client in your Client List.
- Select SOAP Notes.
- Select New Note, Copy Previous, or click on an existing Note and select Edit.
- Select Upload File.
- Browse your computer or device for the document to select it. Repeat this step to upload multiple documents.
- Select the document name and a new window will appear with its contents. To remove the uploaded document, select the X above the file name.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the SOAP Note and select Save. Please note that you must choose a Provider Name in the Select Staff drop down in order to initiate the save.
