Quick Adding a Client

If you need to add a Client record on the fly, you can do so when booking an appointment on the Schedule, selling an item through the Cash Register, or when creating a SOAP Note in the SOAP Notes section of your Personal Profile. 

To quick add a Client when booking an appointment, navigate to your:

  1. Business Profile. 
  2. Select Schedule
  3. Locate the date and time you want to book.   
  4. Select the calendar to create a new event. 
  5. Select Book Appointment to begin filling in the appointment details. 
  6. Select +Add Client to open the contact information form.
  7. Enter the Client's First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone.
  8. Select Add Client to create the Client's record and to continue selecting the remaining appointment details.  

To quick add a Client when selling an item through the Cash Register, navigate to your:

  1. Business Profile. 
  2. Select Cash Register
  3. Select +Quick Add next to Select Client to open the contact information form.
  4. Enter the Client's First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone.
  5. Select Add Client to create the Client's record and to continue selling the item. 

To quick add a Client when creating a SOAP Note, navigate to your:

  1. Personal Profile. 
  2. Select SOAP Notes.
  3. Select +Quick Add Client next to Search Clients to open the contact information form.
  4. Enter the Client's First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone.
  5. Select Add Contact to create the Client's record and to begin creating a new SOAP Note.

Note: 

  • Only the Client's first and last name are required to create a record. All other fields are optional. 
  • Once you quick add a Client, their record is automatically added to the Clients section of your Business Profile for viewing, editing, and managing.
