Setting up Custom Gift Certificates

Our comprehensive Gift Certificates feature allows you to set up both Service and Custom Gift Certificate Menus. Custom Certificates give you the ability to create your own specials and packaged deals specific to any occasion! Title them however you'd like, assign a value, and let the sales roll in!  

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Marketing.
  3. Select Gift Certificates.
  4. Select Custom Certificates
  5. Select Create New
  6. Enter the Value, Title, and select Save. Note: The title of the Gift Certificate will display to the recipient, meaning the purchase price will not display unless the title includes the price. If you do not include a title, the value will display by default. The value of the Gift Certificate is determined by the dollar amount entered, not by the title. 
  7. Select the checkbox next to Active and Online for each Gift Certificate that you want to be available for online purchase. If you want the Gift Certificate to be sold in-house only, select the checkbox next to Active but leave the checkbox for Online empty. 

Gift Certificates will be ordered on your Business Listing by monetary value.
