Adjusting the Prep or Recovery Time on an Appointment

If you need to adjust the amount of time needed to prepare for or clean up after an appointment, you can do so at the time of appointment creation, or after the appointment has been booked. The default Prep and Recovery that displays on an appointment is determined by the the time assigned to the that Service in your Business' Service Menu. 

Changing Prep or Recovery During Appointment Creation:

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Schedule.
  3. Click a desired Date and Time.
  4. Select Book Appointment.
  5. Select Add Prep or Recovery to view the existing Prep and Recovery Time assigned to the Service  in the Business' Service Menu. Change it for this appointment only without affecting existing or future appointments where the same service is being booked. 

  6. Continue with the appointment booking, and select Save.

Changing Prep or Recovery Time After an Appointment has been Booked:

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Schedule.
  3. Locate the appointment on your Schedule by using the Date Selector or the Search Clients tool.



  4. Select the Prep or Recovery Time block (before or after the appointment) that you want to change. The existing Prep or Recovery Time will display.



  5. Enter the new time, and select Save.
