When editing a recurring In Office or Outcall appointment, you can choose to edit a single appointment or all appointments. To make changes to one or all, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Schedule.
- Locate the appointment you need to edit. If editing all, locate the appointment where you want the changes to begin.
- Click on the appointment block.
- Select Edit to open the appointment details.
- Select Edit.
- Choose All Future Appointments or Only This Appointment. If editing all, the changes will apply to the selected appointment and all future ones in the recurrence. If editing only the selected appointment, the changes will only apply to it.
- Make changes as needed.
- Select Save to apply any changes and to return to the Schedule.
- You can click and drag a recurring appointment block across the Schedule to change the date and time. You'll be prompted to edit all or only just like step 7.
- You can click and drag a recurring appointment block across the Staff and Multi Staff views to change the Service Provider. You'll be prompted to edit all or only just like step 7.
