If you need to make a change to a single appointment or multiple appointments in a recurrence, you can do so without individually modifying all appointments.
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Schedule.
- Locate the appointment on your Schedule by using the Date Selector or the Search Clients tool.
- Select Edit.
- Select Edit again.
- Choose whether you want to edit only this event, or edit all future events in the recurrence. (In this example, we will choose to edit only this event.)
- Make the change(s) to the appointment. (In this example, we changed the appointment time.)
- Select Save.
- The changes will be reflected on your Schedule. All future instances of the recurring appointment will remain the same unless edit all future events was selected.
