Available times are displayed in white and unavailable times are displayed in your choice of gray.
Hours that display as available are based on:
- Time frames added under Settings > Availability > Staff Scheduler or Settings > Availability > Modified Availability.
- Max appointments or hours per day per Staff.
- Whether or not the Service Provider is booked at another location during that time.
On the Week view and the Day view, available hours are based on the sum of all Staff availability. For example, if Staff A is available on Mondays from 9am - 1pm and Staff B is available on Mondays from 11am - 4pm, Mondays available hours will display from 9am - 4pm. Use the other views or the Filter by Staff tool to adjust how you view available hours.
