You can send an Intake Form independent of booking an appointment.
To send a new Intake Form to a Client from their record, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Clients to open your list.
- Search for and select the Client to open their record.
- Select Intake Form to expand the menu.
- Select Email Form to send the request.
Note: Email Form is only available if the Client has an email address on file in the Details section of their record.
