If a Staff member is not available to for appointments, either booked by the business or by clients, you can mark them as Inactive and Offline. Inactive Staff still have access to the Business via the permissions you've assigned to them, but they cannot be scheduled for appointments. Additionally, they do not show on the Staff View of the Schedule nor in Staff Sales Reports.
If you have a Staff member who is out of the office for an undetermined period of time, or an Office Manager who never performs services, you will want to mark them as Inactive and Offline.
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Setup.
- Select Staff.
- Deselect the checkbox next to Active.
- Deselect the checkbox next to Online.
