Adding client Tags

Your Client List is a valuable resource for you! It houses important information that you need readily available at your fingertips, such as a client's contact information, booking activity, sales history, and SOAP Notes (just to name a few!).

Being able to view a specific client's details isn't quite enough though, is it? You need to be able to group your clients into various categories based on criteria that you set up! Perhaps you offer corporate chair massage and you want to distinguish clients amongst locations, or maybe you want to tag all of the moms in your client list so that you can be sure to acknowledge them on Mother's Day. Maybe your business has multiple staff, and you want to distinguish clients amongst Service Providers. However you would like to filter your Client List, MassageBook gives you the option with tags!

Grouping your clients into certain categories via "tags" has benefits that extend beyond your Client List, specifically the ability to send targeted marketing emails to particular groups of clients.

Note: The tag Public Contact is automatically added to a client's record if the client is created by messaging your business.
