If a client has an available prepaid Service or Series Credit on file, you can assign it to a new appointment during the booking process.
To do so, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Schedule.
- Locate the date and time you want to book.
- Select the calendar to create a new event.
- Select Book Appointment to begin filling in the appointment details.
- Type in Search existing clients to locate and select an existing client. If the client doesn't already have a record, choose +Add New instead, fill in their contact information, and select Add Client to create one.
- Adjust the Date & Time if needed.
- Choose the Service Provider from the Select staff dropdown. If you're the only Service Provider, you will be selected by default.
- Choose the Select service dropdown.
- Scroll to the top of the dropdown menu to locate any available credits.
- Select the credit to use.
- Select Save to apply the change and to return to the Schedule.
When you check out the appointment, it will show that there is $0 due.
