One-Off Availability allows you to add availability for a specific date and time. So for days you are normally unavailable, you can make yourself available for appointments, or you can extend your existing availability.
To add one-off availability:
- Select the quick action button from the Dashboard or Schedule views
- Select Add Availability
- Ensure that the date, time, availability type are set correctly.
- If you are extending existing availability, ensure the modified availability block includes the full availability for that day. For example, if you are normally available from 10-4, but wish to extend availability until 6, you will need to add a modified availability block that begins at 10 and ends at 6.
- Depending on your account settings, you may need to choose the business or staff member
- Add any notes needed. These are internal only.
- Select Save.
