Local Rank is used to determine where your Business Listing is ranked in the Search Directory. Local Rank uses an algorithm based on both distance and your activity in MassageBook. The criteria is a combination of the following:
- The distance from the searcher using the middle of your zip code.
- Your overall reviews rating.
- The price of your most booked service.
- Whether or not online booking is enabled.
- Whether or not you allow new clients to book via the Search Directory.
- The number of days since you last logged in.
You will find your Local Rank under the Reputation section of your Business Dashboard.
Note: Your ranking will update on your Business Dashboard overnight.
