Once an In Office or Out-Call appointment has been booked, you have the ability to cancel it at any time.
To cancel an existing appointment, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Schedule.
- Locate the appointment you need to edit.
- Select the appointment block to open the side menu.
- Select Edit to open the appointment details.
- Select Cancel Appointment.
- If you don't wish to notify the client, uncheck the box that says "Cancellation email to client".
- Select Cancel Appointment.
Notes:
- If the appointment has been paid for, click here to view your options for issuing a refund or credit.
- Cancellation Notes are visible in the Activity section of the client's record. Clients cannot view cancellation notes.
