**MassageBook now has a new and improved mobile app available! If you are using the MassageBook Pro mobile app, you will need to download the new MassageBook Manager mobile app to your device. The MassageBook Pro app can be removed from your device.**
Once an In Office or Outcall appointment has been booked, you have the ability to edit any details such as the time, Service, or Service Provider.
To make changes to an existing appointment in MassageBook Manager:
- View Schedule
- Locate the appointment you need to edit.
- Tap the appointment block to open Booking Details.
- If you are on the Agenda view, you can also swipe left to see an Edit option. If following this path, you can skip to step 5.
- Tap Edit (pencil icon) to open Edit Booking.
- Make changes as needed.
- Tap Save to apply any changes and to return to Booking Details.
- Tap Back (left arrow) to return to the Schedule.
Note: The service and client on an appointment will not be able to be edited if the appointment was booked online and prepaid by the client.
