If changes need to be made to the service, client, or date of an appointment, you can edit the appointment details at any time.
To make changes to an existing appointment in the mobile app:
- View Schedule
- Locate the appointment you need to edit.
- Tap the appointment block to open Booking Details.
- If you are on the Agenda view, you can also swipe left to see an Edit option. If following this path, you can skip to step 5.
- Tap Edit (pencil icon) to open Edit Booking.
- Make changes as needed.
- Tap Save to apply any changes and to return to Booking Details.
- Tap Back (left arrow) to return to the Schedule.
Note: The service and client on an appointment will not be able to be edited if the appointment was prepaid and booked online by the client.
