There are a few reasons why the Availability that you have entered into your account is not correctly reflected on your MassageBook Website during online booking:
- You have entered your Availability under the Business Hours section of the Business Details page.
- You have additional Availability entered under Modified Availability.
- The "Online Schedule Appearance" settings in the business are affecting the times shown as available online.
- You have Advanced Hours Notice, max appointments, or max hours per day enabled.
The Business Hours section of the Business Details page is a cosmetic setting and does not affect online booking availability. So, if you have updated the hours on this page, you will also need to update your availability under the Staff Scheduler. You may also have additional Availability set up under Modified Availability. Modified Availability, or One-Off Availability, allow you to add Availability to a single day on the schedule. You can find more information on managing your Modified Availability in the articles below:
Additionally, the Online Schedule Appearance settings such as "Make Me Look Busy" and "Minimize Gaps" will affect the available times that show on your website. So, if you are not seeing a time that you believe should be available, and the business has these settings enabled, then it is possible that the configuration of the settings is what is causing the missing time slot.
