Client intake forms will send automatically to clients based on your form settings. However, if you would like to manually send an intake form to a client, you can do so by following the steps below:
- Tap the main menu in the upper left corner of the app.
- Tap Clients.
- Search and tap a client's name
- Tap Intake Forms.
Once you reach the Intake Forms tab of a client record, there are a few ways to send forms depending on what you would like to do:
- To send a form to a client to fill out for the first time, you can select Send Form, then tap the send button for the form(s) you would like to send.
- If a client has filled out a form and you would like to send an update request to the client to update information, you can select Send to Update on the submitted form.
- If you have already sent an intake form email to a client and would like to resend it, you can select Resend.
