You do not have the ability to store a Client's credit card information in MassageBook.
To collect payment for late cancelations and no shows, you can require Clients to prepay in order to book online. At that point, you'll have collected payment prior to the appointment. Partial and full refunds can be issued if needed.
To enable prepayment, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Settings.
- Select Online Booking Rules.
- Select Prepayment Rules.
- Check Require prepayment for NEW (1st time) clients booking online in order to require new Clients to prepay.
- Check Require prepayment for EXISTING (repeat) clients booking online in order to require existing Clients to prepay.
- Select Save to enable your preferences.

If you have a Client's credit card information saved in either Square or Stripe, then you could invoice the Client directly from your credit card processing account. Here's some more information:
