iKnead points are earned by taking actions in MassageBook, such as booking a new appointment, checking out an appointment, or sending a Campaign Email, and can be redeemed for any item in the iKnead Shop.
1000 points = $1.00 in redeemable credit.
You can view and redeem your points by selecting the iKnead Points tab at the top right of your account:
