When a new client books through the MassageBook Directory, they will be required to prepay for their appointment. If your business is not connected to a payment processor (Square or Stripe) at the time of the payment, MassageBook will accept the payment through Stripe on your behalf and hold the payment until you connect to Stripe.
Once your business has connected to Stripe the held payment will begin processing. The payment may delayed up to 10 business days while all information is verified to ensure that the payment is being delivered to the appropriate recipient.
If you would like the payment to be delivered before the standard 10 day period, you can contact our Support Team at support@massagebook.com by email, or by phone at 843-352-2026. We can then verify all information and transfer the payment to your Stripe account immediately. If you have never received a payment from Stripe before, then there may be an additional delay on Stripe's end before they deposit to your bank account.
