You are not able to check out two appointments at once. If a client wants to pay for their appointment and another client's appointment at the same time, you can follow these steps:
- Start the checkout process for Client A's appointment.
- In the Cash Register, select Add Service. Select the Service that Client B is receiving.
- Finish the checkout process for Client A.
- Navigate to Client A's record, and remove the Pre-Sold Service Credit. Here's how to do that: Removing a Pre-Paid Service
- Start the checkout process for Client B's appointment.
- Discount the total down to $0. If you'd like, you can enter a discount note explaining how the appointment was paid for.
- Finish the checkout process for Client B.
