Viewing a Client's Appointment Activity

You can view a client's upcoming and previous appointments within the Appointments tab of the client's details in the MassageBook Manager mobile app. By default a client's upcoming appointments will display first, but you can filter to show past appointments as well. 

To view a client's appointments activity:

1. Tap the main menu in the upper left corner of the app
2. Tap Clients
3. Search and open the client's details
4. Tap Appointments.

All upcoming appointments will initially display. To view past appointments, follow these steps:

1. Tap "All upcoming"
2. Select "Last two weeks", "Last month", "Past year", "All past", or choose a Custom date range to display any or all appointment history for the client.
