Travel Time is the amount of time you need blocked off on your Schedule before and after an Outcall appointment. Default times are added in Outcall Settings.
The default times are added to all Outcall Services, but you can adjust them as needed.
To edit Travel Time on a per appointment basis, navigate to your:
- Tap "+" on your Dashboard, Business Schedule, or Personal Schedule

Choose Book Appointment and continue with filling out the appointment details.
- If you have access to multiple businesses, and book from your Dashboard or Personal Schedule, you can choose the business you wish to book.
- Tap Looks Good once date, time and staff are selected.
- Select More at the bottom of the page.
- Update the travel time as needed.
- Select Apply.
- Tap Save on the Book Appointment Page.
To adjust Travel Time after an appointment has been booked, navigate to your:
- Schedule
- Locate the appointment and select it.
- Select the Pencil icon to edit.
- Select More at the bottom of the page.
- Update the travel time as needed.
- Select Apply.
- Tap Save on the Edit Booking Page.
