How does a Business Owner or Staff View a Completed Intake Form? Feb 2023

Viewing on the Desktop version of MassageBook:

1. Select the Intake Form by going to the client’s record.
2. Click the NEW Intake Form tab.
3. Select View next to the form.
4. All history of the intake form will display here, including each time you send a form, whether it’s been completed, all of the different forms on file that exist for this client, etc.

Viewing on the Mobile version of MassageBook:

If you download the brand new MassageBook Manager app, you’ll be able to view Contraindications and Medications for all forms directly in the app.
