Viewing a Client's Intake Form

With the release of version 1.3 of MassageBook Manager, intake forms can be viewed within a client's details directly in the app.

To view a client's intake form, follow these steps:

1. Tap the main menu in the upper left corner of the app.
2. Tap Clients
3. Search and tap the client's name
4. Tap Intake Forms
5. Tap View next to any submitted intake form for the form to open to view in full.

Note: Only new intake forms can be viewed in full. Legacy intake forms (forms submitted before the custom intake form update on 2/7/23) will display vital information filled out by the client, but it will not open in full.
