If you tried to send your client an Intake Form and they let you know they haven't received it, there are two options to consider:
1. Did you send it from the MassageBook Pro mobile app? If so, you'll need to send it from the desktop site at this time. The ability to send intake forms from the New MassageBook Manager app will be released soon, and some versions of Android still show the option on the old MassageBook Pro mobile app.
2. On the desktop site, confirm that you selected the checkbox shown in this screenshot below. This is necessary before clicking the option to send. You can now have multiple and fully customizable intake forms, so the software will need to know which form to send to the client. Next week, if you only have one form, this box will be selected by default.
