Intake forms will send automatically based on form settings. However, you can send an Intake Form independent of booking an appointment.
To send a new Intake Form to a Client from their record, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Clients to open your list.
- Search for and select the Client to open their record.
- Select Send Intake Form to expand the menu.
- Select the form(s) you would you like to send.
- Select Email Form
Note: Email Form is only available if the Client has an email address on file in the Details section of their record and if there is at least one active form within Forms & Documents
