The Reminder text message that is sent to clients is formatted as follows:
Appointment Reminder: [DURATION] [SERVICE NAME] on [DAY OF WEEK MM/DD] at [TIME] at [BUSINESS NAME]. Replies will not be received - automated message.
If a reply is issued to any text message, the following message sends back to the SP / BO / or client:
"This is an unmonitored SMS number. Please contact your service provider directly at https://www.massagebook.com. Reply STOP to stop receiving all texts."
