How to Modify Availability on Mobile App

Adding Availability: 

1. Navigate to your business tab

2. Select Schedule

3. Click the "+" icon in the upper right hand corner 

4. Select Add Availability. What to specify: 

- In-office, On-Call or Out-Call availability

- Staff 

- Date

- Start and end time

- Reason for this availability 

5. Click Add Availability to save.

 

Blocking Time

1. Navigate to your business tab

2. Select Schedule

3. Click the "+" icon in the upper right hand corner 

4. Select Block Time. What to specify: 

- In-office, On-Call or Out-Call availability

- Staff 

- Date

- Recurring options

- Start and end time

- Notes for this blocked time 

5. Click Block Time to save.
