1. Navigate to your Business tab
2. Select Clients. Click here to view the tutorial on how to add clients in the mobile app.
3. Type in client's name in the Search Bar
4. Under Client Details, you can view:
- Phone number and email address on file
- Client Intake Forms (Complaints, Existing Conditions and Medications are in separate tabs)
- SOAP Notes
- Appointment Activity (Upcoming and not checked out appointments)
5. Click Edit to modify the client's Record Details. Here, you can add tags, select the Source Type and Referral source.
