Resending a Receipt

You can view, print, or resend a receipt from various locations in your account.

Sales Activity:

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Sales.
  3. Under your Sales Activity, locate the correct invoice for the client. You may need to expand the date range or search for the client by name depending on how long ago the client paid.
  4. Select Resend Receipt. The receipt will send to the email on file in the client's record.

Client List:

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Clients
  3. Search for the client and click on their name to open up their client record.
  4. Select Account. A history of all receipts will display.
  5. Select View Receipt.
  6. Select Resend Receipt. The receipt will send to the email on file in the client's record.

Business Schedule:

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Schedule.
  3. Select the checked-out appointment on your Schedule.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Select View Receipt.
  6. Select Resend Receipt. The receipt will send to the email on file in the client's record.

Sales Reports:

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Sales.
  3. Select Reports.
  4. Select Income.
  5. Locate the date and select Details.
  6. Under the transaction, select Details again.
  7. Select Resend Receipt. The receipt will send to the email on file in the client's record.
