The Client Photo Wizard automatically runs in the background, and it searches for a public photo in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google based on the Client's email address on file in their Details. A match is not always guaranteed due to this limitation and restriction.
In order to add your own photo, you need a link to the image on the Internet. For example, if you're adding a photo that's currently on Facebook or Google, right click on it and select to copy the image's address/location. For a successful upload, the image's address must end in .jpg or .png. If the image address does not end in .jpg or .png, it would be best to save the image to your device before adding. If you're adding a photo that's stored on your device, upload it to a photo hosting site such as https://imgur.com, Google Photos, or https://imgbb.com/.
To manually add a photo to a Client's record, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Clients to open your list.
- Search for and select the Client to open their record.
- Select Edit within the existing image icon to open the Client Photo Wizard window.
- Enter the link to photo.
- Select Submit to add the photo and to return to the Client's record.
To remove a photo and to replace it with the default image, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Clients to open your list.
- Search for and select the Client to open their record.
- Select Edit within the existing image icon to open the Client Photo Wizard window.
- Copy https://www.massagebook.com/static/img/avatar-default.jpg to your device.
- Paste the link to photo.
- Select Submit to add the default image and to return to the Client's record.
