How do I email a completed Client Intake Form to another person?

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Clients.
  3. Locate the client in your Client List.
  4. Click on the Client Intake Form.
  5. Select Print Form.
  6. Select Print.
  7. Your computer's Print options will display. Under Destination, select Change. Choose the option to Save as PDF. Note: The way these options display vary based on your computer's operating systems.

  8. Select Save.

  9. View the Client Intake Form in Adobe and select File.
  10. Select Send File to email the Client Intake Form to the appropriate email address.
