My client is having trouble booking online. Why?

If your clients are reporting an inability to move past your cancelation or terms and conditions page, it is likely that they are booking via your external website that may not be secure. Ensure that your personal website has 'https' included in the URL. The 's' in stands for secure. Your MassageBook site URL that is embedded into your website is secure, however, since there is confidential information that the client is entering when booking and paying for the appointment. In some cases (depending on the client's device and browser) when they get to the terms and conditions page, they will not be able to move any further. In order to remedy this issue for your clients, we recommend reaching out to whomever handles the backend of your website and have them modify your URL to 'https' versus 'http'.
