Adding an emergency contact number to a client's record

You can add an emergency contact to a client's record via the Client Intake Form feature or using the additional phone number option in the client's Details.

  1. Navigate to your Business tab.
  2. Select Clients.
  3. Open the client's record.
  4. Select + Add Another Phone Number.



  5. Select the Client Intake Form.
  6. Fill out the section on the first page.



  7. Select Save on the last page of the Client Intake Form.
