Adding an Emergency Contact for a Client

You can add an alternate number to the Details section of a Client's record, and you can add emergency contact information to their Intake Form. 

To add an alternate number, navigate to your:

  1. Business Profile. 
  2. Select Clients to open your list.
  3. Search for and select the Client to open their record. 
  4. Under the Details tab, select +Add Another next to Phone Number. 
  5. Enter an Alternate Phone.
  6. Select Save to add the other number and to return to your list. 

Note: Select +Add Another to view the alternate number in Details. 

To add emergency contact information to a Client's Intake Form, navigate to your:

  1. Business Profile. 
  2. Select Clients to open your list.
  3. Search for and select the Client to open their record. 
  4. Select Intake Form at the top of their record to expand the menu. 
  5. Select View to open their Intake Form. 
  6. On the Personal Information page, enter Emergency Contact Information.
  7. Select Save on the Waiver page to add the information and to return to the Client's record.
