Why don't I see a Staff member's name when I book a Series on the mobile app?

If you do not see a Staff member available when booking a Series on your mobile app, the Staff member is likely not assigned to the Series in your Staff section.

  1. Navigate your Business tab.
  2. Select Staff.
  3. Select the Settings icon.
  4. Under Services, check the box for the Series that the Staff member is permitted to perform.
