How do I change the business owner on my account?

MassageBook allows for one Business Owner per Business. By default, whichever account creates the Business Listing is considered the Business Owner. For scenarios where one or more Service Provider operates the business, we recommend that the Business Owner on the account assign the Service Provider all permission levels.

To change the Business Owner on the account, please send your request to the MassageBook Support team at Support@MassageBook.com. The request should come from the existing Business Owner's email address and should include the name and the email address of the Staff member who should be listed as the new Business Owner. 

Note: The tile Business Owner does not display publicly to clients. Business Owner accounts have permission to add Staff, view all Sales Reports, and receive email and text alerts exclusive to the Business Owner only.
