If you have a subscription plan that includes the Insurance Receipts feature, all receipts will display the following information that is not included on standard receipts. Clients paying with a flex or HSA card will be able to present a detailed receipt to their employer or insurance company. This feature works retroactively, meaning once the feature is activated, all previous receipts will also display this information.
- Service Date and Time
- Service Provider's Name
- Service Provider's State License Number
- Service Provider's Unique NPI Number
When selling a prepaid service to a client through the Cash Register, the provider license number will not display on the receipts.
In order for the receipt to display the license number, the transaction must be checked out through the schedule where a service provider is included in the appointment checked out.
