How Do I Change Staff's Contact Details?

When you add Staff to your Business, an invitation is sent to the Staff’s email address requesting to join your Business on MassageBook.

If new to MassageBook, the Staff is prompted to create their own account and to complete their Personal Profile.

If an account hasn't been created yet, you can change the Staff's email address and resend the invite. 

To do so, navigate to your:

  1. Business Profile. 
  2. Select Setup
  3. Select Staff
  4. Select the Staff's Settings (or Name). 
  5. Select Details
  6. Change the Email
  7. Select Resend Invitation to send the invite to the updated email address. 
  8. Select Save to complete the change and to return to the Staff page.

Once an account has been created, you can no longer change the email address in their Details. It can only be updated in the Staff's account. 

Even if an account hasn't been created yet, the name and phone number can only be updated in the Staff's account once they've been added to your Staff page.

To update in the Staff's account, select their Name in the top right corner and choose My Details

Any changes to their account automatically update their Details on your Staff page.
