How do I change the name of a Staff member?

Once a Staff member has been added to your Listing, their profile details are their own. This includes their name, email address, and phone number. If you made an error when adding the Staff member, they can make the change when they login to their MassageBook account. 

In the example below, the Staff member's last name was entered incorrectly. 

If the Staff member creates an account with the same email address that you entered when creating their Staff record, they will have an opportunity to correct the incorrect details during account creation:

If the Staff member confirms their account via the invitation that was emailed to them when you added them to your Staff list, they can correct this information under their Personal tab > My Details. 

Any changes that they make to their name, email address, and phone number immediately update in the Staff section of your Business Listing.
